In the form below, rather than sponsor by lap you will be indicating the TOTAL amount of your donation for the child(ren) you are sponsoring. There are blanks for 3 children, so be sure to use the child's name and grade, like so:

Note that our online processing fees are automatically added to your donation below so that the FULL amount of your sponsorship is credited to the child! This will be reflected in the total on the credit card form below.
