CIMI Volunteering

As part of the 5th grade experience at Loma Vista students have the unique opportunity to attend the Catalina Island Marine Institute (CIMI). The students will spend two nights on the island learning about marine science and exploring with activities including snorkeling and kayaking.

There are a few options for support to help us get our kids to CIMI.

Donate through volunteering

• There will be several more school events where the snack table will be run by the 5th grade will all money going to the Class of 2023 CIMI account. We will need families to buy/make baked goods to sell, and work the table
• Also please complete this form if you have an item or service that can be part of the fundraising auction.
